The Commissioner of Police, Abia State Police Command, CP Wilfred Afolabi, has frowned on the follow of arresting individuals for offences dedicated by different individuals within the state.
Afolabi, who addressed the command’s administration staff and Area Commanders throughout a strategic assembly, additionally warned that extorting the general public in the middle of an officer’s duties wouldn’t be tolerated.
He said that the strategic assembly was organised to strengthen supervision, self-discipline, professionalism and accountability throughout the command.
