The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) in Borno State has introduced the dismissal of its state House of Assembly candidate, Mohammed Bunu, following allegations of anti-party actions.
According to a letter dated October 25, 2026, and signed by the NDC State Deputy Chairman, Umar Fema, Bunu was penalized for allegedly campaigning for the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Atiku Abubakar.
The get together acknowledged that Bunu’s conduct is a direct violation of its structure, guidelines, laws, and established ideas of self-discipline.
