The defendants, Mas’udu Abdullahi Bachirawa and Kabiru Adamu Bachirawa, have been introduced earlier than the courtroom by the police over allegations that they killed Umar following a disagreement involving a canine.
The case was heard by Garba Hamza Malafa, whereas the prosecution was led by Awaisu Sani Lawan, who requested the courtroom to learn the fees to the defendants.
After the fees have been learn, each males pleaded not responsible.
