The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arraigned a person recognized as Abdulmajid Halifa Nazifi earlier than a Kano State High Court over the alleged misappropriation of N34.875 million meant for the acquisition of spaghetti from BUA.
Nazifi was arraigned on wednesday earlier than Justice Musa Karaye on a one-count cost of felony misappropriation.
According to the cost, the defendant allegedly misappropriated the cash belonging to Fahad Balarabe Adaji between September and October 2024 in Kano.
