A governorship aspirant on the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ogun State, Topa Olusegun Peter, has threatened to sue the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over alleged exclusion of his identify from the ultimate list.
Peter, via his attorneys, Neplus Ultra Attorneys, additionally requested the fee to confirm his nomination information and publish his identify because the PDP candidate if its information affirm that he was duly nominated.
