In the letter addressed to the chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Joash Amupitan, Garry by his attorneys, alleged irregularities within the celebration’s membership data and the provisions of the Electoral Act 2026.
In the seven-page letter, dated October 12, 2026, displaying it was obtained by INEC on October 13, Garry urged the fee to scrutinise the PDP’s membership register and set up whether or not the celebration complied with the authorized necessities governing the submission of membership data and the nomination of candidates.
