It added that the Kaduna State Government, following due consideration of the safety challenges in Millennium City and its suburbs, had launched three further Armoured Personnel Carriers (APCs) to the police command to strengthen its operational capability and improve safety in the affected areas.

The command assured residents that clearance operations concentrating on prison hideouts would proceed to dismantle prison networks, disrupt their actions and facilitate the rescue of kidnapped victims.

It added that, as a part of the command’s dedication to strengthening safety, the Commissioner of Police had ordered the rapid deployment of further tactical personnel, operational autos and different safety sources to the affected areas to accentuate surveillance, enhance response occasions and stop additional prison actions.

The Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, CP Muhammad Rabiu, urged members of the general public to stay calm, vigilant and cooperative with safety companies by offering credible and well timed data to help in the combat towards kidnapping and different prison actions.
