The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Kano State has recorded a formidable turnout of voters amassing their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) throughout the 44 native authorities areas of the state.
The fee stated each newly issued PVCs and beforehand uncollected playing cards have been being collected by eligible voters.
The Public Relations Officer of INEC in Kano, Nahila Bello Dandago, who disclosed this to Daily Trust stated the fee deployed 171,000 PVCs in the primary batch for distribution.
