The non-teaching staff unions of the Yobe State University (YSU), Damaturu, have threatened to embark on strike over alleged failure to implement the brand new wage settlement for his or her members.

The Chairman of the Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities (SSANU), YSU Branch, who additionally chairs the Joint Action Committee (JAC), Comrade Ibrahim Liman, disclosed this on behalf of SSANU and the Non-Academic Staff Union of Educational and Associated Institutions (NASU).
