He stated, “During the assault, one Azeez Tajudeen, aged 40, a local of Oke Amu in Otesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State, sustained a extreme damage to his proper eye.
“He was immediately rushed for medical attention and subsequently taken to State Hospital, Ring Road, Ibadan, where he was examined and confirmed dead. His remains have since been deposited at the hospital morgue.”
